Subscription per property
Predictable monthly fee per hotel connected. Covers all dashboards, integrations, unlimited team members, and platform updates.
Usage-based AI
Each plan includes a generous threshold of agent messages and automations. Beyond it, pay only for what you use — at $0.01 per AI message and $0.05 per automation.
Upsell commission
Treema Storefront (guest e-shop) takes 10% revenue share on guest services sold — early check-in, room upgrades, late checkout, F&B add-ons. You only pay when you earn.

- Do I pay per seat?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited team members across the front desk, housekeeping, supervisors, and HQ. Treema is priced per property, not per user.
- What counts as "usage" beyond the included threshold?
- AI messages (GEX guest replies, SAM task suggestions, LORA pricing recommendations) and automations (PMS-triggered tasks, scheduled cleanings, channel updates). Beyond the threshold: $0.01 per message, $0.05 per automation. You see exact usage in the billing dashboard daily.
- How does the upsell commission work?
- Treema Storefront is a branded e-shop where guests purchase upgrades, F&B, and services. We take 10% of GMV settled through Storefront, billed monthly. If you sell nothing, you owe nothing — it is upside-only.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes. Annual prepay gets you 20% off the per-property subscription on Starter and Growth. Portfolio is always custom MSA — annual is the default.
- Free trial?
- 14 days on Starter and Growth, with full access to all included AI agents and integrations. No credit card required to start.
- Do I have to integrate my PMS to start?
- PMS integration is required for SAM (task automation) and LORA (revenue intelligence). GEX (guest experience agent) can run standalone on top of WhatsApp, email, and webchat — many customers start there and connect the PMS later.
- Can roll-up funds and HMCs get a custom contract?
- Yes. Portfolio tier always ships with a custom MSA, DPA, and security review. We support multi-tenant deployments, white-label, and ownership-level dashboards for HMC clients.
- What if I add a property mid-month?
- New properties are pro-rated to the day they connect. Removed properties are credited the same way. No long-term lock-in on Starter or Growth — cancel any time with 30 days notice.
